Well, if you put it like that, I guess there isnt much sense posting? lol
Why do you post if you see this as competition? Anyhow, I appreciate your perspective. It's useful to get to see how others view things, and I probably wont try to do much more cheer leading for others to post. Sometimes I tend to get a bit too excited for some.

Very true New Member, I have been thinking more and more about what I share and I don't know anyone personally who really cares about posting . This is a job and they are busy searching, screening or participating. I am sure we all check the JALR page looking to see what sites have studies listed and I can't remember all of the study sites so it is easy to come here and click directly on a particular site. But I have found, for me, that word of mouth is so valuable so with my friends that I see over and over at studies and who I stay in contact with either by phone and or text I do share the studies I find with them and they do the same. I feel like I have a small group of dependable study pals. So maybe I mainly come here to see how other people are doing as far as study experiences. I really don't have regular friends to discuss it with since they think I am crazy for doing what I do but I don't really Care what they think anymore, IT IS WHAT IT IS, And I choose doing this over a 9 to 5 job

Kansas / Missouri is probably best location for studies, along with the low cost of living. 2 major study clinics (PPD, Quintiles), and 2 smaller but decent, can't remember the names. I got a $6,000 with all overnights and no outpatients, then 3 days after checking out managed another $5,000 at the other place. Unfortunately one of the nurses must of recognized me, got banned for double dipping. East Coast is okay, but not nearly as convenient. Really wish they had more than 1 major facility on the West Coast, it'd be great to move back there again. Southern California and Arizona with Parexel and the other being Celerion. There was a place near Seattle, the pay and length was low quality, and they've shut down since then. I'm guessing that the major issue is lack of population to get the volunteers?
