Wouldn't be a problem if people went to sleep at a reasonable time and were quite at all times while in the bedroom but that almost never happens. All it takes is one roommate to talk on the phone after quiet hours and you will be sleep deprived.

Here's what you say:
"Hey, man, can you please put your conversation on pause until tomorrow? People are trying to sleep here."

Here's what you say: "Hey, man, can you please put your conversation on pause until tomorrow? People are trying to sleep here." You must be going to different clinics than I have been to because the people who would be inconsiderate enough to talk on the phone after quiet hours don't care if you ask for them to stop. I have had to get staff involved multiple times. This is one of the main reasons i'm trying to get a "normal" job and not do studies ever again.
