Cocaine use dis is a significant public health problem associated with serious negative medical, psychiatric, social, and economic consequences. Recent DEA reports indicate its use and availability are on the rise. Currently, there are no medications shown to reduce cocaine use. The objective of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Lorcaserin (an FDA approved medication for weight loss) in the treatment of cocaine use dis.

Has used cocaine on at least 1 day in the last 30 days prior to screening
Has a total body weight greater than 110 pounds and body mass index greater than 20
