How will Parexel proceed with subjects attempting to screen while still in a VCT washout period? Here are the creative options. A penalty of 12× the remaining washout period or a year which ever is longer with no review board possibility or an outright band subject to a review board request for reinstatement.
Since parexel only permit a subject to enroll in studies up to 4 in any 12 month period it is plausible that vct studies will impact how many studies you are allowed to participate in there.

What is the purpose of this request? Are you seeking input for possibilities, or are these situations already enacted?

Why should anyone be penalized for attempting to SCREEN while in vct?

Why should anyone be penalized for attempting to SCREEN while in vct? Because that person is still in another study!

Nothing will happen to you while your in a lockout, if you are doing one study and get caught by another company with a finger scan trying to do a study with them, you will probably get banned from that company though.

that's a fair point. covance, for example, often screened a whole month from the study. so it would make sense to screen during your washout, f the stuy is after th washout. just be upfront about what you are doing an verify that it's ok before you waste time an money driving there.
if any of these companies are penalizing people for -screening- uring washout, let us know. their argument might be that any residual rugs in your system mght screw up the screening labs. but that's a stretch.
