I read a few posts about the pitfalls of being a human lab rat. I am going to a screening for Wcct on Monday and I did not know that they will overbook. When I first found out about this I read several articles regarding the subject and they did not list the horror stories. I am nervous now and do not want to waste my time. So please respond to me and let me know that these problems are few and far between.

Well i haven't gone to WCCT but how most of these places work is you have to pass phone screening, then the actual in person screening, and then you have to make the cut at check-in (start of the study). Most studies cut a small entage at check in and then take one or two alternates that don't dose.
If you don't get in your first one dont give up, try another study...especially if you live in the area. be polite with the staff and stay in good health and things should work out.
