Enrolled in the last study even though 30 days passed since study completion?
What's the fastest way to clear this up?
What's a good phone number?
Thanks.

Do you mean you enrolled in a study even though it's been less than 30 days since the last one? If so, you're probably fine. They check their records when registering you.
I'm not entirely sure the policy the use, but some clinics will say 30 days since you last *dosed* while others will say since the last day of the study. If you're under 30 days, Parexel's policy is probably the former.

If you haven't screened yet, and you've questions, just call the number you called to sign up for the study.

Sorry I wasn't clear. When I called to see if they had anything available for me, the recruiter said I'm still enrolled in the last study I did at Paraxel. She couldn't phone screen me for anything. I was told an email would be sent to someone about it. I called again the other day and same thing happened. I completed my last study end of October 2014.

Try to get ahold of whoever was the coordinator for the study it says you're still in. Ask if you can speak to them whatever number you call.

Why is so hard to talk to a study coordinator. All I get is voicemails. I leave messages and no one calls me back. Do they outsource there call center now. I was doing a phone screen and I was asked all these questions like I was a first time caller and then she tells me I'm still enrolled in the last study. I
