Does anyone know if there is a specific time of day that screening reps answer calls? When I call the screening department, I stay on hold for almost an hour and still no one answers. It keeps saying to "keep holding and your call will be answered in the it was received" or "press 2 to leave a message and a screening rep will return your call." This is so annoying; I have wasted so much time. I wish they could clearly state phone screening time, and not just let people waste their time until they realize no one will answer. If anyone has any tips, please reply. Thanks in advance.
