what clinics have signed on to VCT?

I have only payed passing attention to this VCT issue, but I have a quick question; I assume that a particular clinic that uses VCT will only get information from another clinic that uses VCT?

In other words, for example, if I screen to do a study at Celerion, who are using VCT, and I would start dosing in the study in violation of the washout period from a previous study I did at another clinic, Celerion would only know about this if the previous clinic also participates in VCT.
Is this correct or no?

To name a few, based only on press releases... these may be dated, and some of these may have opted back out. I'm hearing Clinilabs and SNBL are no longer enrolled, but I have no first hand knowledge. I've just been combing around and found these so I thought I'd share them.

re the above post on the press release re clinilabs and vct: i posted about this on october 14. i was NOT given VCT forms to sign when i screened there recently. i think they MAY have tried VCT, but then cancelled it.
