Why not just say yes, and agree to the form of contraception? It's not like you'll be needing it anyways lol. But really that's weird that they'll DQ you based on that

Yes you'll get a call about 2-3 days after, if you're good. Keep in mind though, that just because you check in, doesn't mean you'll dose. And you dont get paid the big bucks if you dont dose.

Worldwide is close to last on my list of clinics. They're so disorganized. I screened one time, and didnt even get a call back. 6 months later when i tried to screen again, they told me i needed to do a repeat for that last screening i did, six months ago. I thought it was a joke. The thing that killed it for me was when they brought in 20 of us, for a 6 person study. I didnt even waste my time, i just turned around and walked out.

if it's after you dosed, you should receive full payment. If it's pre dose, you'll just get paid as a backup

Lol you're making it like Austin is more than 2 hours from Houston. But usually PPD does your blood work on one day, and your physicals on another day. Sometimes you might even need to come back in for a 3rd visit for a repeat or if your study needs a TB test. But you could always make the drive down from Houston to Austin easy. But there are also hostels around Austin, if you look them up that charge about $15 or so a night. Megabus is also pretty cheap.

They do test for prescription, and drugs of abuse. Generally though, i think you'll be fine if you're not a daily user. If you're a daily user, then you obviously need them for a reason, and i'll suggest a different line of work

The last 2 studies I've tried to screen for in the last 2 weeks at Worldwide have had VCT forms. I don't know if the sponsors for each study has been the same, but stil, I just thought I should let you guys know. Because I know people mainly go there anyways because they don't specifically use VCT. I live in San Antonio, so I'll keep checking and if anything changes, I'll try to update this thread.
