With the advent of near universal health care the system is badly in need of cost cutting measures, fraud reduction and more rapid information sharing while reducing errors. A simple way of accomplishing this implanting a chip in superficial area with minimal fat interference. This eliminates the butt, belly and thighs. Possible candidates for chip appliance is forehead, hands and or feet. The latter since it often covered is a non starter.
The earliest subject studies will probably start mid 2019. With possible dual use of subject verifications and multiple enrollment. The smart chip approach would make verification accessible at lower cost and may prompt the FDA to make universal for enrollees. It would safeguard the integrity of the data and promote subject safety. Since study enrollment is voluntary one can refuse the smart chip and simply not participate.

I found this quite entertaining. Respect, has anyone ever suggested you could make a living writing fiction? More of this, please! Have you ever told someone what you do and they are like huh that can't be real?

An indicator A1c used to measure whether sugar is wellregulated may give a false low in study volunteers. Sugar sticks to everything including our red blood cells. Sugar circulating and sticking to our red blood cells is measured by a1c. An a1c of 5.7 or above means you are trending diabetic. An a1c of 6.5 and above indicates diabetes. The underlying assumption is that our red blood cells lives for 3 months. That should mean that a1c measures how our body is regulating sugar for 90 days. However,if you are donating alot of blood you are disposing of alot of older cells which are replaced by new ones. These newer cells have less sugar exposure which will sckew your numbers lower. This will artificially deflate your a1c. If you have an a1c of 6 your actual number could be higher if you had not donated so much blood. You potentially could be 6 4 on the doors of being diabetic!

So you have done a few studies and you want to let everybody know you have arrived. You may want to let your boo know that you care even though you are gone alot so you tattoo his/her name on your where ever. You may just want (he)r to know that s(he) is the love of your life after you brought home an STD you caught on the road from a lab rat you thought was clean (no those medical test don't always test for STI apart from HIV). Next time you hook up with another participant think herpes on the mouth that may make a Doctor say next at check in. Getting to the point. You get that tattoo may be with her/his name to bring you back in his/her good graces! Then an 8k comes out and you refuse to tell your best friend. Your best friend screens and gets in anyway and refuse to lend you money because you kept the lead a secret. You didn't get a screening because the tattoo was an exclusion. Now you have no money and a name of person who dumped you for the STD you accused him/her of giving you.The one you got from a participant you forgot to ask his/her name because you are accustomed to using initials. Well his/her initial might as well be STD because you got screwed literally and figuratively. Say no to tattoes and STI from other participants!

Is it true that Worldwide in Texas had a study related death that caused all studies to be placed on hold? If it is true what was the subjects name? Inbox me!

So you might be using it for mild to moderate depression, is that so bad? It turns out that St.John's Wort(SJW) causes drugs to clear to quickly out of the body, reducing the amount in your systems by up to 25%. Many studies involves seeing how the drug clears out of the body, pharmokinetics. SJW is so effective in reducing the level of meds in the body that women have been known to get pregnant while on the pill. Think of side effects of not having enough antibiotics in your system to fight off a bug because of SJW. Now you know!

What is milk thistle taken for in the first place, just out of curiosity. Milk thistle is used for detoxification. Because of its estrogenic effect it should be avoided in estrogen positive cancers such as beeast, ovarian and endometrial cancer!

No flash backs! Was thinking it is so obvious it's name is MILK thistle. A bigger topic is does the estrogen effect come at a cost to male hormones? Increase in adipose tissue, fat, that may result milk thistle is known to convert androgens to estrogen. This could further feminist a male body devoid of exercise. The testosterone zapping fat is particular found in the abdomen area. Next time you see a boy lab rat being sensitive or little bit more engaging out of the norm he may be having a MILK thistle Estrogen moment. For the wives and girlfriendS it's good news. Hopefully with more exercise and less milk thistle his performance may return. You never know a viagra like study may come along.

Hey guys, I have done 3 studies and my QT interval number ranged from 438 to 449 but recently it has spiked up to the 470's and 480's. I am not sure what has caused this to happen but I am thinking it is dietary. What changes can I make to lower the number. Does magnesium have an impact on ECG the way it does on blood pressure? Any info and help would be much appreciated! Athletes have tighter qtcf ranges. It's a sign of cardio conditioning. The less time you lay around in studies and more time you spend on the beach the better your heart function. Over hydration can also cause electrolytes imbalance which affects the heart.
