How does Covance Madison compare with other places you've been to? If it matters, Im asking as someone who has been there, is relatively new to this, and wants to know what I can expect from other places, using this as my baseline. Thanks in advance, I appreciate anything.

Really the only negative about that place is the locked bathrooms when there is a radio label study in house which is almost always. Other places will have bunk beds and/or bad food that they require you to eat and probably not as good quality staff.

madison: good place, good town with a good hostel. you don't have to eat all the food, the food is ok, sometimes you can have seconds. decent staff. hotel type rooms. it's the upper level management i have issues with. so if you've been to madison and davita, nearly every place is worse. and jasper are ok, vince seems like it would be nice.

Thanks, I appreciate that. It kinda sucks knowing it's all downhill from now on. Back early in my career on here(late summer, lol), I thought about posting a thread for everyone to rank their favorites and least favorites(as many of each as they wanted), and was going to tabulate it for a ranking like they do in college sports. Now as I face the final curtain, I'm not sure I have the gumption. At least I left the VCT list to hopefully be remembered by. What about PPD? Can anyone compare them to Covance? If I can do one final study it might be there, as Im only looking for soing really high paying. Do they have private showers?

They almost always pay more per day than Covance. PPD has multiple sections and I have only been in one section so can only speak to that section. That part of PPD had 4 bunks in a very small room with no window. So 8 people total with Very little space. The showers were probably the least private i've seen in a clinic. You do get a locked stall like a bathroom stall. There's a quarter or half inch space that people might be able to see thru just like in many bathroom stalls. I didn't care for that but it's not That bad.
