Hello everyone,
I'm interested to hear if any out-of-towners take side gigs between check-ins. Like Uber/Lyft, Amazon Flex, jobs off Craigslist, etc. I'm always looking for good ways to fund my down time without dipping into my study money. All advice appreciated!

I know one lab rat who is a migrant worker, always checking craigslist for gigs between studies. I just usually head back to my hometown where i have a couple of small business ventures. Or while in a town for a study i dumpster dive or do research at the library/online.
I met one guy at a study who is a teacher doing the school year, makes stuff during studies that he sells at flea markets, goes scuba diving for golf balls, and had a couple of other income streams going. I was impressed. I met a guy who drives a taxi between studies, but that's his hometown.
I am going to try to learn document review, a type of temp work, since I seem to have aged out of doing enough studies to live on.
