I use the print at home option for my greyhound round trip tickets for tomorrow's screening, but they called me today saying the screening is on Friday now. Since these tickets say non-refundable, I understand I can't even do an exchange for Friday? Anyone with experience with this issue?

greyhound tickets are usually good for a year. they might let you on the bus with an old ticket, or they might make you go get it reprinted, and they might charge $15 for that.

The print-at-home ticket (web-only fare) I have says no refunds and I can only travel on that specific date. According to the Greyhound website I can't exchange it.

Better to do will-call and pick up your ticket at the station. You may have slightly better refund/exchange options that way, although probably not much for a discount/promotional fare.
