I was getting on their list and just found out they require SoCal address. Just a heads up to be prepared.

I wonder if anyone has been here to screen and when they asked to see their drivers license, if they showed an out of state license and then stated that they have just moved to the area, but not updated their license ? Does anyone think this would work or has had this experience or know someone that has ? Or would showing a passport for ID instead of drivers license be a possible way around this obstacle of " must be local ". I see that they regularly get big studies and would like to try to screen here if I thought it would be a worthwhile pursuit.

I live in a nearby state and provided my out of state license as ID and had no problem getting in.

You can get a non "real" (can't be used at TSA checkpoints) gal CA state ID that will qualify you from the DMV (prepare for a full day waiting if you don't get there at least 30 min before ing time). If you previously had a CA ID or Dr Lic, they can look you up, or if you have a pay stub from a CA employer and can provide a CA mailing address, you're in, with a temp provided on the spot with a 2 week turnaround for the card to the mailing address you provided. Cost: $30. .
