Does anyone know if Celerion Phoenix is still requiring Arizona IDs for studies?

i have been there in studies with persons from CA, NV, i think Utah, and also Mexicans with ID from Mexico. i have posted before that it bothers me that they will not take American citizens from the East coast but they will take Mexican nationals. and this is not against the Mexicans, they should have a chance at studies too, but i really do not then understand Celerion banning Eastern rats. what they say is that out of staters do not always come back for the last returns but they usually structure the compensation so there is a big "bonus" at final visit, so i really don't think many would skip out on that anyway.
if they reject you as an out-of-stater, you may want to bring up the issue although knowing celerion, it will do little good. letters carry more weight than phone calls.
i have not been there since february of this year so it is possible soing may have changed but i doubt it.

So I called Celerion today to put this conflicting info to rest(I did for Paraxel too). The Celerion recruiter was super friendly, and patient with me, and I let her make a profile for me. Before that, she answered my question, which I asked for both locations. She said no, there is no residency requirement.
The only odd thing was that I had to pick one of the 2 locations to register for, and she said if I wanted to do a study at the other one, I'd have to call in and change which one I was registered with. Easy enough, though that information did annoy me slightly. I hope this helps, and wish I had remembered to ask her if they still did that ridiculous competitive calling. Maybe I'll call again.
