Anyone considering this location should be cautious, especially if traveling from out of state. If you've been actively pursuing studies, you'll know the moment you walk through the door it's a sketchy, subpar operation. This particular location engages in overbooking for screening dates. If you happen to be flying in, don't be surprised if your scheduled appointment is delayed by a magnitude of 5-6 hours. It's highly likely the receptionist will lie, and proclaim some form of notice was given. The day of my screening, I witnessed at least two patrons leave after waiting hours because of scheduled flights. The lobby itself was practically full, with at least 35-40 people waiting. Lot's of people relieving themselves to keep their bladder from exploding. This was in stark contrast to a screening I had at PRA Sciences nearby, extremely professional and efficient.
