They must be really understaffed at the phone bank these days as for almost a week now i've been calling, sometimes right when they too, and I just get the leave your name an number and we'll call you back line. Problem is they called me on a old/landline number that I can't answer on the go OR they will call like random off hours time like 6:30 in the morning when i'm not up...which is odd considering the phone banks at 7:30. ALSO they state the phone bank hours as going to 4:30 central but 3:30 ish or later you just get voicemail. And if you call from another number (say a freinds phone or landline) even if you leave your number they have the tendancy to call the first number which is annoying. Good thing things are slow here or I would have missed a few studies playing phone tag with this place for over a week now! 
I know staffing is low at a lot of places but labcorp in particular has had ongoing issues with this for a while now. Not so bad at other clinics.
