They dont, i finished a study at parexel last sunday and screened for a study at another clinic using VCT and i cleared.

Other posts say that parexel uses VCT at sponsor request, but after screening and staying in multiple studies in 2020, i havent seen a VCT sign not once.

Hassman is non VCT, Frontage is non VCT, Medpace is non VCT, Parexel is non VCT, and PPD is non VCT. Parexel is bottom of the barrel, so honestly avoid that place, seriously they are ****ing trash. PPD is also ghetto as **** and horrid, but they don't have a pimple on Parexel. Medpace is decent, Frontage upped their pay and food is better, and staff is alright. Hassman is all around decent, but **** their phone screeners. Basically Medpace is a + (they cancel a lot and way overscreen, but their studies are decent, food is decent, and staff is kind, so I give it an A- for study places), Frontage is a + (wouldn't do a long study though), and Hassman is a +, and Parexel and PPD are -- and - respectively. 

As for VCT, Pfize.r/New Haven Clinical Research Unit is VCT (they always will be too, lol), Pharmaron is VCT, Alta Health Sciences is VCT (I last screened mid 2021, but I doubt stuff will change, they are formal af), Spaulding is VCT (doubt it'll ever be non VCT, also **** this place), Celerion is VCT, TKL is VCT, and PRA is VCT. That is the extent of my personal knowledge. Outside of personal experience I believe Icon was bought out by PRA, and they were VCT before and still are (I'm like 90% sure), and Worldwide is also VCT. NOCCR is VCT as well from fellow rats I've heard (hearsay, don't take my word).

You can always just call places and ask if they have VCT tbh, they know what's up but they aren't going to penalize you for asking, it's not like they can prove **** unless you authorize them to scan for VCT (which is only during screenings after you've signed informed consent, so you're good on the phone).
