I'm really not a fan of your phone screening process. I appreciate that there was some changes made and now we can get to a recruiter quickly...but does the overall process have to be so repetitive and long?! Yeah so i was a good boy and admitted my bad boy stuff i did years ago, but does the recruiter really have to be told every time of my past cigarette smoking, surgery's and drug use? Seems like they know the info already because if i'm off on my date of when i last puffed on a Marlboro they will correct me! Covance (the whole system...i'm not picking on you in particular Madison...we're still buds don't worry) can you please just keep our info on file and ask us if there is any changes to it like the other clinics in the area do? I understand there are study specific questions but even with those a phone screening shouldn't take over a half hour. Save your recruiters (and us subject) some time and stream line the process a bit...please!
End rant/feedback...Thank you and go Badgers!

I agree the phone screening process could be better. In addition to asking questions they should already know the answer to(assuming you've done studies there before) the recruiters i've gotten the last 2 times I called could barely speak English. It was difficult to understand what they were saying and just made the whole process more difficult and time consuming.

They are probably taking note of the inconsistencies every time you try to remember your distant past habits so they can prosecute you for fraud in the near future. And soing else that always irritated me about covance in the past was that the lag time between screening and check-in tended to be longer than most other clinics, like 2 weeks or more.
