I got a screening coming up and they say they need to do an oral exam because of the medication type, I think dissolve strip.
Is it like the physical where they just look inside? Do they use that dentist's angled round mirror? Will they use a pick and poke around?

I had a crown fall off a while back and also the filling. After a while the interior hole regrew the gum so I got a hollow tooth with pink inside. I still have the crown ontop, it just naturally keeps in place, but if you were to scrape it down with a pic or your finger it will come right off.

You'll probably be fine. I'd guess they're just looking for cuts or abrasions. Probably just use a tongue depressor to poke around.
