Spaulding it's the last place on the list for most to want to go to while they are waiting for a study at Covance or or other place.
It is a downgrade squeezing in a study at Spaulding. But we do it if we are waiting for a study at or Covance or some other place.
At Spaulding the checks they give you always bounce. Bank always says funds not available. They take care of volunteers last. I'm sure everyone working in a Spaulding office never deals with a bounced check from Spaulding. They get paid without hesitation.
This handing you a check without funds creates many problems and is unprofessional.
Fines and lack of communication more so at Spaulding then any other place.
Constructive criticism usually get you some not really interested look or not my problem attitude.
We all play that game waiting 40 minutes to several hrs when calling for a study.
Some of the old staff are great and genuine a few young ones also are great.
Some of new staff are like robots and not genuine.
Going by the handbook and I like the text book lines they use.
Many times double shifts from the robots.
Text book lines you know those same positive words and lines. Different staff same lines.
It is like going thru a personnel interaction handbook of lines or videos on human interaction that some guy in corporate says use this. Respond this way to the rats.
We are volunteers and human here we aren't prisoners or we don't need to be treated any less.
Corporate believes we are just numbers and treats us as so. Feels like a downgrade to go there. It is. We have seen how true professionals work elsewhere. We know.
But we suck it up and our time until we can go to those other more professional ,treat you right and organized places . Covance, .
