I am wanting to know what the maximum number of studies you have completed in one month. 2, 3,... dare I say 4? You must be doing very small studies if you are doing multiple studies per month. I have done studies as my sole income for 2013-2016 and have never done more than 7 in a year.

people posting here should assume the recruiters/ pharma staff are reading what you write, because some of them are. OP is using a pseudonym, but don't assume you can't be tracked - OP probably has skills many of you dont have. jalr.org has always taken the position that 30 days washouts are important, both for your health and the science. mixing experimental drugs confounds the data. granted, there might, theoretically, be some places that don't care about science and are only in it for the billions of dollars, and there might be some places that lie to subjects so those subjects don't feel much obligation to be truthful in turn. but i don't want somebody to write soing stupid andd find themself banned from a clinic as a result. that said, sometimes there are sleep studies or device studies or you get a placebo, so it becomes possible to do two studies in the same month; that's rare.

Exactly what u said Vark. I am just trying to stay healthy and as "honest" as a study rat can be. I am doing studies as my main income so trying to do higher paying studies and then some consumer research studies for gas inbetween. Like OTC products( sunscreen, moisturizer etc.), food, and some online survey booards. So last year without much effort made $12,000 on clinical trials so going for better paying studies this year and passing on the short ones with umpteen outpatients.

Haha, what a snarky answer 😂 Who peed in your Cheerios? Diegard the 30 day washout genius. Now answer the question. Obviously those who participate in more than one study a month are diegarding the washout which in many medications is overkill and is more of a legal safety measure for the companies.

Anyone else wonder the original poster was just messing around with you? I suppose it might make sense if they were brand new and had little understanding of the duration of studies, but otherwise? Their own gasp at the end up the question is soing I took note of.

I am not sure about the poster being a troll but am not interested in answering the ? even though I am a genius. To me, this subject is very sensitive and though most play by the book I don't know of anyone who wants to "kiss and tell" everything..

My goodness. The most studies I've done in ONE YEAR was 5. It takes too much out of me and drains my energy big time. I have to have a long time to rest between studies, at least a month. I don't have the stamina. Max, please post more, just seeing your avatar and thinking about some of your other posts makes me smile, even when you post a short and serious post! If your a fan of 80s culture, you may remember Rocky III, where he got "fat" mentally with all his riches, and needed Appollo Creed to train him to get the "Eye of the Tiger" back. You bring up another very interesting point. I wonder how many studies the average member on here did last year? I didnt do a full year, so mine doesnt really count, but whomever is willing to share, it might be interesting. Max, I kinda want to push you to get the "eye of the tiger" back, although you wouldnt really need many more per year to be doing well.

Congrats Max, your on your way to better health and hopefully more studies. You should look for some weight loss studies. I think Covance has one u just need to check the BMI requirements. Wishing you great health in 2017, keep up the good work.
