Hey all, My dad's retired and gets his monthly check. Can he do studies too? Hey, how about grandma!? Provided he meets the age range for whatever particular study, yes. The income is counted as 1099 misc, if that is what you were inquiring about. A number of studies do cut off after 45 and 55, but we have board members here beyond those, so your dad and grandma are good to go.

hell yeah! I'm in my 70's and have lots of friends in their 70's and 80's who do studies. i have made so many friends in studies too ...that's a great perk in addition to the cash. so...."Just do it!"
PS ....any newbie here usually gets the same advice: do NOT tell them every detail of your medical history.....of course you don't want to omit anything major but leave out as much as you can ....heartburn .... constipation ...etc
just my opinion of course ....i've been doing studies for years now with nearly zero problems, but in the beginning ended up being banned from a great clinic because i told them i had asthma a few times as a child....and who knows, maybe it wasn't even asthma, that was over 60 years ago. so just be circumspect.
