Due to issues with high blood pressure..
And being this is how I make my living, I'm in desperate need of advice. I've tried acv, magnesium, garlic, folic acid..breathing excercises nothing works. Question cld I take a blood pressure pill before screenings or will this show up in my blood/urine? Does anyone know if this is soing they check for I don't wanna be banned..

Liver Enzymes - i have this issue at times as well.
-Fast for longer periods of time. Try for 14-24 hours. NO SNACKS!!! -ONLY drink water, no gatorade, no soda, nothing for several days before screening and dont drink too much water before screening. -Get at least 8 hours rest the night before driving. If you drive for more than 6+ hours, you should time your arrival so you can sleep/rest for 1-3 hours in your car. Your body may be stressed from sitting that long. Or stop every 2 hours and step outside and stretch or walk for 30 minutes -DONT exercise 7 days prior! i hate this one. I spend 50 a month on a gym membership and i can workout like 3-4 times a month. If i workout too close to screening, my liver enzymes will be increased. - Make sure you take a poop before screening (night before, morning of) - Stop eating sugar entirely (I love my snacks, but i cant have them if i want to pass)
I can no longer go to covance unless if i get a doctors approval. They said they did not detect any alchohol, but they straight up told me that my increase was because of excessive drinking. (i rarely drink, maybe during big holidays) I worked out 2 days before and had to take a **** during screening. I could have passed if i used the bathroom that morning and did not work out 1 week prior.
If none of this helps you, there may be a real underlining concern for your health. Of course, some people just have naturally occuring high enzymes as well, but if you recently started having enzyme problems, follow steps above.

If you drive for long periods, plan on getting to the clinic 1 hour before screening, stretch, walk for 30 minutes then chill and wait in your car till its time to go inside. Dont force yourself to slow your breathing, but try practicing reducing your breaths per minute. You may want to try getting a gym membership and work out. Getting exercise every couple days can lower your blood pressure when your calm, just dont workout 7 days prior or you might get a liver enzyme issue

Thanks for the great tips. They always say don't exercise usually for three days prior and I thought it was because it affected your creatinine level. I am going in to Covance next week so will stop my gym time and I do drink water but will only exclusively drink water 3 days prior to check in. My liver enzymes have always been ok my issue is my glucose so I fast 15 hours before screening and day before check in so my glucose is normal. I usually have low normal bp 100/60 so it does go up do to being nervous so usually at screening 118/78 which is still normal. Will try the relaxation tips and breathing.
I guess we each have to find what works for us. Thanks for the post and the one about Springfield MO.
And that is the issue with Covance once u have an issue it is on your record and never goes away unless it is soing that u can get a doctor's note for but yes they are really strict about everything and EVERYTHING u tell them goes in the computer so be careful with past medical history as well.

i spent a bunch of 2016/2017 not getting into studies because of high blood pressure. now i'm taking a break for a different reason.
you have to plan to screen a lot more than once to get into a stu y when your health is less perfect than they are looking for.
one thing that might help is spen $50 or so to get a bloo pressure monitor so you an take a nightly reading + get used to it.
