I am truly astonished at the way the study facility treated you. In the meantime, while you decide your course of action, I would start the following protocol:
10 EVERYDAY STEPS

Sungazing (10 minutes)
You have to simply look at the rising sun for 10 min everyday. It must be at the morning time when sun is red colour, usually within the first one hour of sunrise. Please note that you can blink your eyes during this process.

7:35 - 8:20 AM
Workout + Sunbathing
(45 minutes)
Do brisk walking / jogging in the fresh sun, so that you can receive the benefit of sunbathing while exercising. Avoid working out indoors, unless it is very cold outside.

You can adjust the time according to sunrise in your city. We have assumed sunrise at 7 AM in this case.
Time gaps are important to follow. If you eat dinner at 7 PM, you must have breakfast at 11 am. And in case you eat dinner at 8 PM, you must eat breakfast at 12 PM next day. 16 hours of fasting is must to stay healthy.
One Hour Morning program of enema, wet pack, sungazing and Pranayaam is must.
You can also do Step 3 (Sun gazing) during sunset time in the evening, if sunrise time is not suitable.
You can do Step 3 (Sun gazing) & Step 4 (Pranayama) with your wet pack on your body.
In case you feel hungry in between, have coconut water or some light fruit or coconut slices.
You cannot eat or drink anything other than suggested above. No grains (except suggested above), no tea, no coffee, no soft drinks, no packed food, no meat, no eggs, no alcohol - practically nothing except what is suggested above.
If you follow the above instructions religiously, you can get rid of all medication within a span of 3 weeks. In the first week, half your dosage. In the second week, 1/4th your dosage and in the third week, quit it completely.
You can get rid of any disease that you may have, only if you follow these instructions 100% for next 45 days with all honesty and belief. This phase of 45 days is called Curing Phase.
After 45 days, curing phase will be over and you need to report to us. And then we will suggest you another diet, which would be easier to follow. This phase will be called Maintenance Phase.
