Public transportation from NYC is pretty easy, so if you are from out of town, no worries. Ask at info booth any of the major MTA hubs like Grand Central Terminal/42nd St. You'll need to get to a New Jersey PATH train to Newark NJ, then to NJ Light Rail. This will drop you 1/2 block from the Biotrials facility. One way fare from NYC to Norfolk St stop NJ Light Rail is less than $10.
Staff is very professional, friendly and helpful. Accommodations are very well maintained: rooms, bathrooms and showers very clean. Several 2 person rooms and a few larger shared rooms. Sound travels between 2-person rooms, so you have to be quiet. Building is in a neighborhood that is very quiet at night.
Food quality is of a "good diner" on the best days and less so on bad days.
All rooms have lots of big windows, so plenty of natural light. Two entertainment rooms with some cable and you can "cast" your laptop/smartphone content to the screens. Rooms are on ground floor, adjacent to dining room. Three computers available at a station also in the dining room.
The trial was run very efficiently, so you have to be in your room on time.
Have fun!

The only problem their food is microwaved. They don't use oven. Otherwise, the food is good, and big portions. No refrigerated juice. Only the shelf juice.
