I saw a guy on a show called Extreme Cheapskates. He does 'medical studies', as he calls them.
They showed him screening for one that would have removed a testicle and replaced it with a man-made one. This was going to pay (if I remember correctly) $35,000. Ultimately, he didn't pass screening because his testosterone was low. The doctor even teased him, saying he had 'man boobs', which can be a sign of low T.
The guy didn't mention WHERE this study was at or what state he lived in.
Does anyone know where they do such high paying studies?
I don't have testicles, but if I could get $40,000 for giving a kidney or an ovary, I might do it. That's a mega down payment on a high rise condo with a great view. Ahhhhhh.....
Anyone have a clue?

Yeah I would like to know about that study too as I have three testicles and it would be great to get rid of that oddball; it would help my sense of balance while I made a nice chunk of change, which would really help me make my nut for the year.

sounds fake.
to sell a kidney or slice of liver, go to ieal and ask around discreetly. there's money in egg donation and surrogate motherhood.
i recently signed up to donate bone marrow if there's a match. it doesn't pay but could save a life.

That show like any other reality show is largely staged. I think I talked to the production company about doing a lab rat show show maybe they just incorporated it into their next show. haha But I really don't think this study subset exists
