To beat out the competition for scrn. I eat lots of veggies for blood , and take Garlique- garlic supplement for blood pressure, I take magnesium supplements ecg

I mix it up.
Cal/Mag/D one day, Omegas or folic acid the next, then maybe C or Biotin, then the next day I might do a multi or iron. I like to keep my body guessing. I stop all supplements the day before a check in.
I also do smoothies with organic supplement powder superfood mixes from natural food stores or vitacost.com and the like. I do that a few times a month. My Magic Bullet isn't the greatest or I'd do it more often. I want to get a Vitamix or a Bodem. Cha Ching! I need a BIG study. Sorry... off topic there.

Garlic from what I've read has very mimimal effect on lowering blood pressure. However, maybe that is what you want as you don't want to be hypotensive. I take magnesium, too. That's been said to be more effective in reducing BP. Just out of curiosity, have you been able to track your BP with and without these supplements?
