What's the entage chance you get selected for a study after you pass the screening?

Depends on the clinic and the study.
Generally speaking, all you can do is keep yourself healthy and, for a lot of places, try to get one of the earliest screenings.

There is no general entage as far as odds of getting in. It depends on your labs, mostly. Take a multivitamin daily, don't eat too much junk and get up and move every day.

Rather, what ent of the time do you get into a study when you've already passed the screening?

The answer is the same. They do your labs again when you get in. And really, it depends on the study.
Generally speaking, if you're not an alternate and your labs are tight, you'll be dosed. It gets a little more dicey when you're an alternate.

For every 10 studies I screen for, I get into maybe 9 of them.

it varies by clinic. ask "how many people will you be screening?". when they try to evade the questions, ask it again, "ok, in the past year, how many have you screened versus how many did you take?" keep asking till they answer. if they won't tell you, report that to the irb. some places screen 50% more than they need. some screen 100 for 12 spots. i've wasted trips to new jersey and kansas city because i forgot to ask what ent they were taking, turned out to just be a wild goose chase. on the other hand some people won't get in because they can't piss clean or don't know how to answer the questions or they bail for personal reasons, so no place will take 100%. you want a place to be taking at least 50%, if it involves a lot of travel to screen.
also, find out how many will be alternates, and if they tell you you are an alternate right up front, or if you dont find out till you get there.
for some places, it matters when you screened, first in first chosen. other places, it's all based on the labs. i get in about 50% of the time.
