My EKG PR level was 205, I need to get it under 200 by Dec.1st, I'm trying to get in a study at Covance before the Holidays.......HELP!!!!!

Get your heartrate up: the faster it gets, the lower your PR interval. Try hyperventilating or surreptitiously downing a shot of energy drink just before they do the ECG. Happens to me all the time. These days I don't bother with any studies demanding a PR of 200 or under; most take 220 as the limit. Good luck!
