Hi all,
I am new to the world of clinical trials, and was wondering if someone could answer to the best of their knowledge if having breast implants would exclude a healthy volunteer from doing phase 1 studies?
Thank you in advance for your help!!

I strongly doubt that it would matter. As a general rule, if they don't ask, don't offer.

I'm not sure what the time frame is, maybe 6 months. Any surgery that you admit to having within that time frame will disqualify you. They usually ask you when they do your history if you've had any recent surgeries. It's up to you whether to disclose everything or not.

Nope, not as far as I know. I've seen quite a few 'enhanced' girls doing trials. Even dated one. You shouldn't have any worries but, as mentioned, perhaps best not to even mention it.
