Is it possible to lift weights and not get that huge increase in muscle enzymes. People tell me if my body is use to it my muscle enzymes shouldn't go up, but I tried that. I worked out 3 times a week for 4 weeks to let my body get use to it. A week later I screened for a study and my muscle enzymes was really high. How long does it take for your body to get use to it. Is it different for everybody?
Thanks.

It varies between people. I've had my creatinine kinase (CK) level over 5000 from a single workout three weeks before. After another couple of weeks it was back down in normal range (300). You also need to be aware that intense exercise will affect your liver enzyme levels (AST and ALT especially). However, if you work out regularly, after a while your systems will stabilise and as long as you keep working out with the same intensity it should all be within range.
Unfortunately, as far as I know there's nothing you can do to bring down your CK levels artificially. I blew a $4000 study earlier this year because I stupidly did a full P90 Plyo-X workout the night before the medical.
