Does anyone know how I can lower my cholesterol in 3 days. I drove 3 hours ato screen and got a call today that my choleaterol was too high. They want 160 or lower and mine was 180. They invited me to come back 3 days from now to see if its lower. Is this poasible? They seem to think so.

Go for the water, grains, and fruit sparingly for those three days. No dairy or meat. There are other ways to lower the cholesterol through using garlic and fish oil as well, but I'm unsure how that may effect your other labs.

Thanks. Yes I have been doing that. The only thing they will check is my cholesterol on that day. So I was hoping there was a magic temporary remedy. Just till I can lower it permanently.

labs fluctuate so it is often worthwhile to show up for a rescreen. look at your old labs to see what your numbers usually are. every time you screen or do a study, request your labs and medical data. you can use this to help know if some screening is likely to be a waste of time for you. it's easy in this business to end up spending more on travel expenses than you are making, by going too far or for screening for studies you aren't likely to get in. november was breakeven for me and i've lost money so far in december and january. i did well overall in 2015, but i don't seem to have saved any net money, and this year i expect to make less.
