America, I wanted to know if anyone has actually participated here. The other thread starts off mocking the type of folks who participate here, then segues into hypotheticals about why the payment is like it is, but not a single mention is made about the actual clinic. How are the staff, food, accommodations, etc? What's similar and different from other places? Thanks

The food is catered, but basic; nothing special. The place is a relic from the 80's, so dont expect anything special. The tvs are old; they have cable & VHS tapes you can watch. There are 3-4 beds per room; except the BIG room where there are 20+ beds.

Ive actually been there since I asked that question. For the most part the staff seems nice, but Victor(the guy who runs the place), seems a bit threatening on purpose, although quite humorous most of the time. Shower room could use more privacy(just one curtain, i suppose maybe you could put your clothes on in the shower if you were nimble enough).
Not that I care, but NO cable. Probably the MOST bare bones place Ive been to(out of 8), and I think that includes the food, if I recall correctly.
Security guard has a dog sniff your bag when you enter, before they manually check it. Again, not soing I care about, but I found it amusing and thought I would pass it along to others.
When I was there, the WiFi was the worst of any clinic that I can recall, so I recommend some books. As mentioned earlier, most of the staff was quite nice, but according to someone I spoke to, whomever is running it is so cheap that they havent made any upgrades since he first went there over 8 years ago.
