Clinics with distance restrictions?

I'm thinking about doing some travel-rating in the future and would like to know which clinics i can go to. I'm in Chicago and so i've been told by Prism, Celerion (except in Neptune for some reason), WCCT, and some in KC, that i'm to far. WCCT said i need a CA state ID but i'm not sure if others require proper in state ID or if a hostel address would suffice. any ideas??

Also any other clinics in California...preferably by San Fran or LA?

Celerion in Neptune was fine. I was there for my last study. Almost to an employee, they were great.

prism is that way. fargo was but not anymore. covance hawaii is that way. celerion nebraska lets me screen - i'll be there tomorrow - although for some reason they won't let me screen at nebraska and neptune; i had to pick one. it might have been quintiles (or was it celerion) where it depends on the study; if there are a bunch of returns they want you to be local. most places don't care.
