Payment troubles with Covance

I am having a bunch of trouble with payment from Labcorp, I was supposed to be paid on Friday the 6th of May, It is now May 20th and I still haven't been paid.  They did put a payment in my direct deposit May 10 but put the wrong amount in and took it back out.  I called and they said they would have it fixed by Tuesday the 17th, No payment on the 17th either.  I called again and spoke to the Study Manager and she said it's because they have an external accounting department but they were working on it.  I called for an update yesterday morning and left a message and got no response.  I am out of the US without my paperwork until June 19th and this is screwing up my trip.  Does anybody have any advice for me?  Is this soing the IRB would look at or no? If so how would I even get a hold of them

I've never had trouble with labcorp (madison anyway) Which location was it... did it get resolved? I don't think IRB would help but numbers are on your study paperwork (IFC) or google.

the irb should help. getting paid on time is part of informed consent; it's not just breach of contract, it's battery, when they don't live up to the agreement they made by which you let them take your blood. covance has always been unclear on this point.

we should make a list of the irbs for each site. for example, does anyone know the irb for [heh, censorship happened. that place in waukegan.]
