Hi I am not new to studies I have been to a few places but I was wondering if anyone had any Info on studies that don't get posted here on this site? Thank you in advance

in the philadephia area i'd say check all the big hospitals. also astrazeneca although it seems to be hard to get any useful info from them; post what you find out.

does anyone know how to find out about johns hopkins studies? i found their web page unhelpful.
in philly try Thomas Jefferson University Philadelphia, PA
16 bed primarily first in man studies.
i was wrong about aztrazeneca, they no longer do studies.

T. J*f*e*s*n (Jeff) has a portal but you have to call the "healthy volunteer" recruiting office or the "patient" study area, depending on what department is running the study. (There are multiple study administrators unique to each dept. and "healthy" may not know all the other depts. of the hospital/university, let alone all the studies run at a given time. Jeff has one screening in January for a Feb. enrollment, though I didn't review the consent yet or know the compensation. They also do studies for long-term research by NIH and other "gov" inducements which, all-in-all, is scary to me ... heheh : )

Thank you in advance i might have misunderstood your question. the jalr page lists pretty much all the main study places. you follow those links, check the site's own web pages, and call because not all studies get listed on the web pages. but dont try to go just by the listed studies on the jalr page that are provided by study scavenger. generally that info is outdated by the time you see it, it's not kept up to date at all. some study places fill their studies in weeks, some in days, some in hours. |
