I have a screening for PPD 14k may 17 9am. Wondering if anyone else does and is interesting in joining up splitting room prices etc. I am thinking of just ing a one-way plane ticket and flying the day before using Priceline if anybody is interested I'm flying from the Illinois area please message me on here. I'm a cool laid-back person not looking to be with a weirdo I think it would be nice to go on a road trip. Also if you have any opinions on the best way for traveling across the country for studies what's the best od whether to use a rental car or your own car or flying please let me know this is my first time doing this

I've done a couple of local studies, but am new to the out of town game and would like to get as many tips as I can, thanks. For anyone else reading, I'm in Denver. I know many forums have the option to put your location under your avatar, and this board is one that would actually have some practical use for it!

i WENT and was kicked into the 9k study because to many people were accepted into the 14k one Congrats! That's the first time I think I've heard someone lament about getting into a 9k study! I hear you though, its quite a bit less than 14k. At least they put you into another study...I'm not sure if I've ever read of anyone getting booted out of one and put into another one for a different amount? Of course Ive never been to PPD, and it sounds like they operate differently there. The 2 screen thing turns me off. Actually, you may be able to help me(and others) on that. How many days after your first screen was the 2nd screen(Physical, I think)? Much thanks! I am very interested in doing a PPD this year. They have some high paying studies, but they seem to disappear off the site VERY quickly sometimes!

i've heard, 3rd hand, that it's kind of ghetto and run like a boot camp. never been myself. 26 days is a long haul but that's where the money is.

Yep, I am realizing the longer studies are where the money is. So I am going to make that my goal. I made 12,000 in 2016 without too much effort so this year hoping to make 20,000 or more!!! I guess I am part of the 5% doing studies for the money. Can't lie, I need a car. I am still trying to navigate the screening at multiple sites, since you never know if you will be picked for dosing, and screening for the next study before the 30 day wash out period.

Ghetto, yes. Run more like an assembly line than a boot camp. Food is better than expected. Staff is very friendly so far except for one ******* named "philippe" who I only saw at screening, never in the lab. Worst drawbacks of PPD are the loud speakers, total lack of Windows / natural light, and relative inexperience of the staff.
